Her son Jeremy Kuria and a nephew were also found beaten and unconscious in the home. Jeremy is in Critical condition. Please continue praying for him. Jane kuria lived in the bay area for several years before moving to Atlanta. She first came to the United States towards the end of 1996. She landed in Los Angeles but immediately moved to Albany and lived with Minnie Kibunja. After staying in the bay area for 1 year she went back to Kenya. She had left her family (her late husband and the 2 daughters) behind and missed them terribly. Her heart was still in America. After staying in Kenya for several months, she came back again to the bay area in 1999. This time, she came back expectant with her 3rd child - Jeremy Kuria who was born in Albany in October 1999. This time, she was staying with Jedidah Wanene and Beatrice Kamau, among others. Here was Jane in the USA with her infant child while her husband and 2 older daughters were in Kenya. She was not settled. She decided to re-unite her family and moved back to Kenya again with her son in 2000. Tragedy hit her family 3 months after she had re-located to Kenya. She lost her husband to an Asthma attack in February 2001, exactly 3 months after she had re-united with him. He died on Jane's lap on their way to the hospital. This was a big loss for the family and he has never been forgotten. Jane and the kids often talked about him and how terribly they missed him. Jane's heart was still in the America and in fact she had planned to come back with the husband and her kids before the tragedy of the husband hit the family. She tried everything she could in her power to bring her kids to America. In 2002, Jane came back to the USA now with her 3 kids and this time she landed in Atlanta, Georgia where she had been living with her kids until she met her unspeakable demise a few days ago. No words can describe the shock, and how we all feel about the terrible nature of their deaths. The bodies will be transported back to Kenya and be buried where her late husband and father to these children lays in Peace. MAY they all rest in peace. May God help Jeremy in his recovery. He has lost both his parents and his siblings at age 8. We sincerely thank all of you for your calls and visits, and appreciate your continued support during this difficult time.
