Thank you for your clear and eloquent response to what I wrote earlier on.

I've also noted Anne Gichuku's post and I entirely agree with you that it's in a bad taste. It does alot of harm than good.

I'm a firm believer in freedom of expression and free speech and If you read carefully what I said in my post, I in no way was advocating for censorship of any sorts. I was simply expressing my fears that certain hot heads could turn a forum like this one into a medium for conveying messages that could turn poeple against each other.

Yes, let the truth be told, but this should be done in a responsible manner without resorting to name calling and hate speech.

I understand these are excting times for nearly all and sundry in Kenya, with all manner of things being said about all the presidential candidates, but you'd do well to remember that sometimes moderation does pay in a divided nation like ours.

My prayer is that Kenya should emerge from this period unscathed, stronger and united irrespective of who the victors will be.
