I agree with you on Western Countries. I just want to remind you that these countries like Kenya, are cash strapped and any hard currency being deposited in their banks, is most welcome because they know that the money will never be repatriated.

So its up to Africa to make it difficult to export stolen cash.

And I believe we can do it.
