Kibera, the largest slum on earth, visible from space, was created by Daniel "nyayo house" Arap Moi and his bribe takers. Nobody needs to be a brain surgeon to understand recent endorsement of Mwai Kibaki by the "nyayo house". In fact, it sends a chilling message of what will happen in Kibaki's second term, should he be re-elected !

The poor people living in Kibera are Kenyan's and not Raila's 'kinsmen'. And if they were, meaning they are Luos, what you are implying is that Raila should take care of the Luos, Moi has always taken care of the Kalenjins and Kibaki and Kenyatta have been responsible for the Kikuyus. Why then is Kenya not divided into the tribal areas so that each tribe should can only care of its own tribesmen? Since 1963, the three presidents (Kenyatta, Moi, and Kibaki) have only taken care the Kikuyus and Kalenjins leaving the rest of tribes to fend for themselves.

Back to Kibera and other slums in Kenya, CFWshops, a franchise, is already taking advantage of people Mr. Kimotho says " live in abject poverty".

These shops are setup by the front woman by the name Liza Kimbo who used to be a manager at the Standard Charter Bank.

Why would anybody set up a for profit business in a place like Kibera? What kind of a soul would even think of doing something like that, Mr Kimotho?

Why couldn't they take care of the filthy conditions under which these poor Kenyans live (no running/treated water, toilets, or sewage) first?

Kenya has no sovereignty because any foreigner can just fly in and do pretty much what he/she wants with a little help from the headless people who claim to run the country. The government officials has an army which basically there to beat up the rest of the wanaichi because they are not interested helping the hard working Kenya to live a decent live.
