Mohammed Kalif, MP Wajir West had this to tell Mr President yesterday, and these were his exact words;

Mutukufu Rais, welcome to Wajir. We elected you on a platform of change in 2002, and 5 years down the line, you have failed to deliver.

Today you have come here to confuse our people with goodies just because elections are about. On behalf of my people, I will accept all that you offer, but that will not confuse my desires.

I have taken off to ODM with all my people, and as for your wish to continue being president for Kenya, I wish you well with that dream.

Wajir, and indeed the whole of North Eastern Province, will vote for change to the last man. And our desire is that we want to be in the next government.

I wish you well in your dreams your excellency.
