How come it does not bother someone?

I do not know the veracity of the lists of members of the committees steering Kibaki's re-election given below. But if I assume they are correct, that the names given here are indeed the men and women charged with seeing that the President of Kenya remain Kibaki, how come it does not bother anyone that these lists given here are bad reflection of the Kenya Kibaki sees?

If Kibaki wants to continue ruling Kenya then even the core of his support base should reflect the face of Kenya. I mean he has at least had five years meeting folks -- I suppose. He and his handles have to appreciate that there exists very able Kenyans from other regions who should be included in the core of his re-election organization. I am sure there are a lot willing to be included.

Exercise of tribalism from the leadership come to the fore during public appointments for example but it really starts to come out when putting together a trust-worthy team for your support. It is an instrinsic thing. When you ONLY TRUST "your" own people to do what is important to you as planning your re-election campaign there is no way you will embrace the whole of Kenya. Your actions will be tribally inclined. Who does not know that the individuals in these inner committess will end up heading major government departments upon successful execution of their re-election duties? And here they are almost all Kikuyu!
