He has no motivation nor moral authority to talk about corruption because he was listed in the Ndung'u Report as one of the beneficiaries of the Nyayo benevolence.

It is a shame for Raila to walk around calling himself a national leader when his political survival is pegged on tribalism. Take away his tribal power base and he will be no more. It is for this reason that he has jelously defended this base against new ideas. Anybody trying to sow new ideas is met with warnings like:
