SAITOTI HAS FAILED

We have seen kibaki government upgrading more colleges and technical institution to full university without focusing or considering the advantages and disadvantages.While this colleges and technical institution are being upgraded to full universities, what are they going to do with Kenyans who can't make it to university. Are they going to build more colleges and technical institution or upgrading high school to technical institution. For the past ten or twenty years, we haven't seen any new build University. THEIR IS ONLY ONE PERSON WHO HAS BUILD HIS OWN UNIVERSITY AND THAT PERSON IS NOBODY ELSE BUT FORMER PRESIDENT MOI (KABARAK UNIVERSITY). IF MOI CAN BUILD HIS UNIVERSITY, WHY NOT KENYAN GOVERNMENT. I hope the next person under ODM will do is job and build more Universities and introduce a two year college to accommodate those who were left behind by Kibaki and Moi Government.
