Re: MOI IS SUFFERING!

Mzee Moi was humbled in 2002 when Kibaki hammered his preferred candidate. It was whispered as from the day he dropped Kibaki from position of vice presidency that he swore many times that Kibaki would not become president as long he ( elder Moi) was alive. He hated Kibaki so much the way you and I hate Mephistopheles and all demonic hosts. But, what happened in 2002? Kibaki got elected and Mzee bent low enough to hand over leadership tools to his number one enemy.

He should have learned better that his enemies' destinies are never charted by him. God who gives each of us second chances does not discriminate based on who is whose enemy, etc. Moi was tamed and should have learned a life- time lesson.

Probably Mzee will learn this time round that God can hand over the reins of power to the son of the lake whom he loathes very much. If he doesn't learn, then he will probably be consigned to wilderness to chew vegetation for sometime Nebuchadnezzar-like before restoration.
