Rongo MP vs Kaunda Wife Issue Its a shame that the Dalmas Otieno group have stooped as a low as to accuse Ochillo Ayacko of "having an affair" with the wife of Kanga High School principle Kaunda. This indeed is what Raila would term as the kick of a dying horse! The group claims that Hon. Ayacko was caught red handed with the principle's wife, and was beaten by Kaunda as a result, is rediculous and absurd as Ochillo Ayacko was drinking with his friends on the said date and time. Ochillos Ayacko came back home with a smooth clean face, no bruises whatsoever. Agnes, Ochillo's wife did not fight Kuanda's wife like was alleged by the same group. In fact she was in Nairobi on the day these people claim she attacked Kaunda's wife. The truth that everyone does not know is that Kaunda stubbed his wife and she is currently fighting for her dear life thanks to the rediculous rumors people close to Dalmas have been spreading. If Dalmas and his cronies needed something to boost chances of his election, then I think they should focus on Ochillo's developmental record and challenge him for a debate or something more civilized rather than such cheap shots! I am a relative of Hon. Ayacko. I live in the US. I am 22, young and independent minded. An let me also state that my family does not depend on Hon. Ochillo for anything. I know right from wrong. I know there are a lot of things that Hon. Ayacko has not accomplished like he had promised his constituents. And I also understand that the people of Rongo constituency are not satisfied with his developmental record. I am personally disappointed with him on the issues of poverty and orphaned children. I think he would have done more. But on the other hand I don't think Dalmas is going to bring any change in Rongo constituency. Hon. Otieno had his chance between 1988 to 1997 and the people of Awendo did not feel any of the much publicized developmental projects he started. He concentrated on his Kamagambo clansmen and neglected Awendo. Well, I give kudos to him for at least helping his clans men. Something Hon. Ayacko is yet to learn. Ayacko tends to focus on pleasing the Kamagambo people and his friends forgetting that charity begins at home. Hon. Otieno will not bring the change Rongo needs, he is an old guard who had his time! Ochillos Ayacko on the other hand has had his chance . I think Rongo needs a new face, a new start. Rongo is a constituency full of resources and its time a new leader with a new vision came in. Watch me out for 2012! Awuor Ayacko Joluo.com Akelo nyar Kager, jaluo@jaluo.com |
