Re: Tiga Miaki Lucy! Kibaki Is Time Barred! Lucy, You write and I quote; Note: the so called GEMA people are not included and not all the parastals, directorates and departments are represented here. Also not included are lots and lots of Chairmen appointed by the President. Let us assume that your list is true. Per your accurate assertion, now go ahead and publish a 'lots and lots' list of all Gikuyu/Gema in government. Once we compare, I am certain one will conclude that the Gikuyu/Gema list is 4 times if not longer. Tiga Miaki Lucy, and be careful not to dare the Majestic People of Kenya. Remember what happened when Marcia Clark dared OJ Simpson to try the gloves? Despite Johnny Cochran's protestation to judge Ito, he allowed it and it did not fit. The list that showed how tribal Kibaki government is was published a while back. Therefore the burden to proove otherwise was and still is on yourside. Go ahead and show the two lists side by side. If it is not balanced, you will need to publicly denouce your support for Kibaki. If it is balanced, we will believe that you support him not because he is your tribesman. Here is one fact I came to know at a personal level. Sally Kosgey served Moi and Kenya well as secretary to the cabinate. She is even credited for the smooth handover between Moi and Kibaki. She was retired on grounds that she was old, and replaced by Francis Muthaura who is older. The worse part is that she was denied retirement benefits for a while, and might have got it, if at, only after divine intervention by the opposition and law suit threats. The Majestic People of Kenya have analysed the out going regime over the last 5 years. A cleverly crafted list to refute allegations of tribalistic tendency of the Kibaki regime will not help the wind of change. Remember when the former British Envoy, Sir Edward Clay, said that the GEMA ministers had not only eaten but dared to vomit on their shoes? He meant well to alert his excellency and the Kenyan people of the anglo leasing. But alas! Kibaki was still in his hybernation. Mutahi Ngunyi said it was too late for Kibaki four years ago. Even though Kibaki will finish his Safari Rally on Dec 27th, he will be time barred at the ramp. My 10th great grandfather, Ragem now says clearely that it is a promise. -- Joram Ragem wuod Ndinya, wuod Onam, wuod Amolo, wuod Owuoth, wuod Oganyo, wuod Mumbe, wuod Odongo, wuod Olwande, wuod Adhaya, wuod Ojuodhi, woud Ragem!
