The New South Kavirondo Province

Politics of divide an rule never won anybody votes in modern Kenya. Mzee Moi created Suba, Kuria, Rachwonyo, Nyamira, Gucha, Migori districts hoping to get sympathy votes. He never succeeded. The Gusii are going to be told, "Vote me in and I will create South Kavirondo Province in which the Luo, Kipsigi, Kuria and Kuria and some Masai will be together." The Gusii will still have to live with their Kipsigis, Luo and Kuria brothers within the new Province. I am not a  population expert, but I imagine the boundaries of the new province will have to be discussed by the Kipsigis, Luo, Kisii, Kuria, and Maasai. Kisii alone cannot justify a province. The Provincial HQs will most likely be Rongo. There is no land in Kisii Town to house a Province. Thank you Mr. President for the new South Kavirondo Province.
 
What about South Rift Province? Aren't we opening a can of worms?
