Can u go to North eastern and say kazi iendelee,What about rift valley?Travel first and see for yourself the state of the major roads ie Nairobi-Nakuru-Eldoret-Kericho and say Kazi iendelee.You very well know without infrastructure there is no kazi iendelee,Do not mention Nyanza cause it is more worse,what about Western ..apart from dishing Masinde Muliro university and two or three districts what else,do you call kutoa district ovyo ovyo kazi iendelee???

Now your pumbavu reduced to  a district officer, has distributed over 28 districts in just 60 months(five years)-Kazi iendelee kweli,then no need for constituencies.

People need chums to get ugali on the table and to sustain their family and bank extras.What is the need of having 7% GDP growth and at the same time and period having 46% of the population leaving below poverty line.
The Growth is only for muthaiga based golfers and cronies whose businesess are growing marginally.

The solution lies with devolution of resources,power and wealth to regional areas.

We have waited for 43years in vain but this is the time.Even north eastern will build there own meat processing factories
and tranport processed meat to nairobi and mombasa and export excess to outside market ie E.A.community.What north
easten is doing now??they tranport live - livestock on top of lorries to nairobi and mombasa for over 43 years big SHAME??
