Mr. Mutua,

I totally agree with the suggestions you have put forward for giving strategic employment preference to those with education and work experiences acquired abroad.

I will even go a step further to suggest that the few nominated Members of Parliament positions be sourced from the Diaspora. I think qualified candidates who have lived many years in Europe and America or were born there bring more value to the table, given their exposure with fully functional governments overseas, and no/less exposure to the totally corrupt Kenya government .

One bold move by ODM to source their nominated MPs from the Kenyan pool overseas, can bring new political ideas, new economic development initiatives, new money, and millions new tourists to Kenya.

This move, plus the foregoing suggestions by George Kyalo Mutua will create many new employment opportunities for our youth, and spur faster growth in the economy.
