As a result of the IPPG framweork in 1997, here is a man (supposedly a democrat) who was given the option by MOI/KANU to nominate 3 of the
commissioners, cannot bring himself to consult the current opposition parties to nominate candidates. And he says he is a demcorat? what democrat? when u ask him? all he says is "kazi iendelee ... kazi iendeleeeee ... " I aski "iendelee wapi?"
