He is not indespensible,if he failed his duties as an M.P then he should be voted out. The buck stops with Mbita people and Kajwang should carry his cross. We want leaders and not eaters,i doubt his credibility

As a former Women's Director for Ford Kenya Mombasa During Jaramogi Oginga Odinga;  Ibrahim Aloo, you have spoken.  No need to add anything.  New Comers should wait the next round.  All tricks and manouvres, change of fashion and styles, skims and strategies of the political hardles; no one knows better than on the ground (original) team players.  Yes, there were some who were not good at all in the club, (they were house-boys) who did nothing but yet were in the bandwagon of the strikers; those should now vacate the field honourably without much struggle to pave ways for real strikers.  The time for honeymoon is not yet - however, many will find themselves carried by the euphoria wave of political hurricane.  It does not matter if they shared a table with JATELO.  Although this too is Okay, a privillege and an honour every citizen is entitled to.  Many have been there, nothing is new, strange or cause for worry.   Everyone has a right, in life, a share of a fields day. 
 
Consequently, This is a time to face CHALLENGES FOR CHANGE by sampling new prescriptions to ICU patients - which must be done by utmost skills and technique - this is a time you dont want an amature, an intern or a part-timer tourist or would-be career fellow to play center forward.  You need professionals - who know Who is Who in the political arena. How much the EATERS have looted the National Kitty, what recourse to take, what measure need to be preferred to the culprits - how much Wananchi have suffered and percevered; awaiting for the much needed resolution for CHANGE, which course of advocacy is need for CHANGE to take effect and where turn-around needs a Headway - Ultimately, how best to salvage the remnants and make the best out of it.  Those are the real men and women the country needs right now.  They are the mentors, the ones to hand over hardle sticks to juniors (upcoming) amatures, interns or part-timer career or vocational political gentlemen and gentlewomen in the coming future.  Let New-comers share their strategic Magic Plan at the Skill-Source Drawing Board for analysis and altogether participate on grassroot Ground Advocacy Forum Workshop for alternative methods before being considered experts to practice.
 
Certification release is by the people since the service to be offered is for the people themselves who know what they want - not imposition.
