Many people seem not to understand what devolution means. The other day on TV, Kimunya answered a question, and to Prof Nyong'o, he seemed to have come from a fish market.

Yesterday, Dr Mukhisa Kituyi, wanted Ruto to believe him that devolution was CDF.

You know, when things get elephant, even the very learned tinker and waver. It is at that point that all reason evaporates. You start pretending that CDF means majimbo, and devolution means obtaining a visa from Central to visit Nyanza.

No, Kenyans are a lot more smarter. The people who have raped Kenya for all this long are the same people who brought the Wako draft, and are the same people who are now creating cobwebs.

We must deal with them once and for all.
