ODM pills for PNU

I just recieved this and thought I share the joke;
 
An outbreak of a deadly mountain flu (PNU) which affects the brain has been reported around Central Kenya. The region is now under quarantine and people in other parts of the country are being advised to to take a daily dose of ODM pills; one full orange in the morning, one at noon, and one just before you go to bed, to avoid infection.
