Delivery is relative!

Kibaki will surely deliver:

1. Will sack all those opposed him or people from areas perceived to be in oppisition and replace them with Mount Kenya lot. In doing so he shall have created the needed jobs as per PUNU manifesto.

2. In deed he will be killing 2 birds by one stone: having sacked all those opposing him, and remaining with only one tribe to reward he shall have eradicated tribalism and nepotism as well

And since all other Kenyans need change "it is better we destroy one man than for the entire 42 tribes to be destroyed" by voting him out!
