Manifesto- PNU

It is very interesting to see that the ten point manifesto of PNU was quiet about two very important issues namely: new Constitution and Corruption.
 
The two notable repetitions were employment (creation of Job opportunities) and an end to tribalism/nepotism. Can president Kibaki deliver this time if given the mandate?
