Why are you referring us to failures and yet you live in the USA where majimbo is 100% successful. Kenya is already practicing majimbo in the eight  provinces, God knows how many districts will be created before December 27th and the divisions. The only thing ODM wants to perfect is make sure that money collected in North Eastern is not used to build roads in nyeri and yet there are no roads in Nairobi nor  NE. Any body with common sense should not bring this cheap tribal debate on majimbo.
