They had the resources to print voting materials, hire competent personell and monitors to conduct the exercise.

The same applied to the other parties but the reason I chastise ODM is because who ever is given much, much is expected. I am wondering what change they are going to bring if they did not prove in a simple exercise. For many years I was a critique of people who defect by I came to realize that many are pushed to the wall till they can't bear it any more.
