Is South Africa the Brain Behind good Governace in Africa

I do not have anything against South Africa. However, I would like someone to educate me on how this young (white minority rule ended in 1994) country managed to become superior in good governance after being in power for only 13 years!
 
It appears as if   (a) any company operating in Kenya has a base or headquarter in South Africa (b) any legitimate police investigation on breach of laws in Kenya should be headed by experts from South Africa (c)  any proper  diagnosis or  treatment  of  a health condition by an elite who does not want to travel outside African continent should head to South Africa (d)  any training of law enforcement or army personnel should be sent to South Africa (e) any telecommunication or phone system in Kenya ( the cellular phones with their associated calling cards, which happens to be ripoff gadgets and are owned by almost every Kenyans including  those who have difficulties putting food on the table) has roots in South Africa.

In fact, many Kenyans who can afford to do so are migrating to South Africa. What is bothersome about this is that all the monopoly of the Kenya's market by South Africa firms has not produced any tangible educational or employment benefits to many Kenyan youths graduating from Kenyan universities. There are many young Kenyans with good education and jobless. Additionally, there are people losing jobs when a South African companies take over a Kenya's entity.  Which implies that these  companies do not need Kenyans in their operations.

The question that should be in the minds of many Kenyans affected by this should be, who is responsible for handing over Kenya  sovereignty to South Africa or Is Kenya now a province of South Africa? Do these people understand that joblessness is the core of instability? A sovereign nation is nation capable of seeing to it that  the nations resources are no looted by ripoff artists.
