I think Hon. Raila Odinga has earned himself the title of "MR. MOU." Prior to taking some rudimentary fact check, I too felt that the MOU between Hon. Raila Odinga and Muslims was one of those "River Road" street legend products beating the rounds on the web. I have conclusively established that the truth is as is. The MOU with Muslims is true and factual. A copy of the document is attached.
