Which page 5 are you referring to? When there is smoke and fire, it is foolhardy and lackadaisical to dismiss it as just crap. If there is crap in this unfortunate saga of Raila¡Çs MOU with Muslims, then it is the fact that Hon. Raila Odinga can not make up his mind as to whether he has an MOU with Muslims or not.  My take is that the ODM candidate can not decide which statement will gain him political mileage. When it started to permeate to the Kenyan public, Hon. Raila Odinga first denied the existence of the MOU with Muslims and then confirmed it in a fashion similar to Sen. John Kerry¡Çs ¡ÈI voted for it before I voted against it¡É flip flop of 2004.   Let us take a coherent stock:

I was reading that the latest Steadman Poll show Raila falling 5% to 45% with Kibaki and Kalonzo each gaining 3%  to 41% and 11% respectively. I conjure that Raila's fall is largely due to the flip-flop on Majimbo and the MOU with Muslims.
