So that you know. . . . . KBC News of 05.11.07, had muslim leaders in a press conference reacting to Raila's denial and accused him of denying there was a mkataba yet there was one!! On all the channels during news yesterday(06.11.07), he repeated at EL WAK, WAJIR and MANDERA that there is a mkataba with muslims.

This is the MOU that Raila signed with muslims .
