I feel you. I also read the original article on Orengo's return with shock and wondered "what does he thing he can bring to the table that he could not do the last two times he was elected". He failed twice miserably, I'm sure a third time will not make a difference.

I would therefore like to urge joUgenya not to waste their time voting for dead beats. We moved ahead in the name of development and archived the dormant ones, they should therefore remain archived. When it comes to politics, I strongly don't believe in the saying "it's better the devil you know". Let's vote in some able bodied person. Wabe wa ol gi joma wondo wa kila siku.
