Hon Raila did not interfere with the nomination process at all.

I am a strong party supporter, but I lost the ODM nominations in Komarock Ward, and immediately supported the winner. To someone like me, the party is more important than my personal win.

The same way I would have won Komarock for ODM is the same way we will still win Komarock Ward for the party.

The problem we had at the National Election Board is universal. The Board was simply overwhelmed by the heavy returns, the big numbers, and the love Kenyans have for the party.

We must also appreciate that the Kwach team have done well, taking into account that they had no previous experience in overseeing such an event. If they were ECK, they would have scored top marks.

We must thank the Kwach team, and not condemn them.

And for any simply mistakes, percieved or real, we must not drag Raila into them.
