I need your prayers now

ODM nominations will be held on Friday 16th November.

We have fought the good fight. We have engaged the Panuayists to a satisfying match. We have put Kenyans on the iron curb of reasoning for the last 5 years. Now, I need your prayers also as I head into nominations for the seat of Komarock on an ODM Ticket.

So, as you go to bed tonight and tomorrow night, spare some moment and pray for me.

I want to appeal to all agents of change, that by electing me as the ODM candidate in Komarock, you will be electing an effective voice of reason.

Time has come for national healing, and we cannot do this if we are divided. We all go to the same shops, same schools, buy parafin from the same petrol station, and life is difficult for all of us.

To all our protagonists, that was then. Lets join hands now and deliver Kenya from these sharks.

We must now critically look at all these issues, and vote wisely. Voting wisely means voting for the real change that we have all been aspiring for.

To the residents and voters of Komarock, stick with me, and we will see Canaan together.

Under my leadership, tribalism will be past tense. We will build one family, family of Kenyans living happily together.

We will share in resource allocation more equitably, and we will be each others keeper. Our children will benefit from better health care, better schools, and equitable distribution of burseries.

We will focus mostly on the youth and Jua Kali artisans. We will do all that is within our reach to help these groups reach out to financial help to power their various businesses. We will make use of all devolved fund work for the people.

We will not build toilets as has been the case. We will instead use some local talent to enhance our security and create jobs for our youths.

Together, we will all win.

So, vote for Odhiambo Tobias Oketch on Friday 16th November 2007, at Komarock Primary School, so that I be the ODM candidate for the civic seat.
