Moi Should account for the 24 yrs he was the president

It pains me  to see the former president lecturing Kenyans on democracy and advising Kenyans( Kalenjins) on who to elect.

During the 24 years Moi was at the helm , he ruled Kenyans with a heavy hand.

He never believed in free and fair elections....remember the Kasarani fiascos where delegates would endorse him as unopposed for the presidency!...remember the defections?

Can Moi explain to Kenyans why he allowed innocent people to be tortured at Nyayo chambers?

Can he explain to Kenyans why he allowed so much coruption to thrive during his reign?

Can he immediately repatriate public funds he siphoned during his reign?
 
Moi should first account for the 24 years he was the President before he tells us anything new.
