You know very well that Tuju has already been awarded his own District so what was the President going to do in Nyakach,Kisumu Town &  Rarieda ? well well,the last District for Nyanza was reserved for Kisumu & since Nyachae insisted that Kuria[ a small Constituency] was to be given a District,the Kibaki had nothing to take to Kisumu so he rushed to dish the remaining Districts in Ukambani.
