PNU & Govt rigging elections !!!!!!!!!!

Moenga the Government spokesman in Mwanyagetinge Yahoogroup,

The idea of 65,000 APs being leashed out in disguise as PNU supporters has been in the media for a while & ODM has made enough noise about it & the reactions were as follows:

1] Kibaki-- chose to shut his mouth as usual.

2] Mutua-- chose to shut his mouth.

3] Kivuitu-- said that may be some Kibaki supporters are up to something otherwise his Makere teacher is too decent to use APs to steal the election.

4] PNU -- ODM is crying wolf.

5] Homa Bay-- those are guests of bwana DC

6] Miregi a KANU/PNU candidate in Mbita-- The OCPD called & told me that they are 100 PNU agents in Town.

7] Eye witness-- the buses had lights switched off.

8] Raila-- We have complained about AP's being sent out as PNU agents & the President is tight lipped about it.Why ?

9] Nyanza Provincial Police Boss[Kahindi]- I was not expecting any additional security from outside the Province.

10] Mbita-- Guests who arrive in 2 Mololine Buses claimed to be PNU agents.

11] KTN-- an AP who was recruited reported to us the plot & was dropped from the operation.

12] AP Training School -- there was tension & suspicion beacuse the plan did not go down well with some officers.

Wanakenya let me remark thus:

1] Red flag-- the red flag was riasied too early & we expected the Govt/Mutua to make it loud & clear that those were APs on a normal national exercise.It was never done.

2] Nyanza Police Boss GraceKahindi is not crazy to refuse the prence of Police Officers on duty.

3] Mbita OCPD-- made it clearly that Mololine brought PNU agents & not APs on elections security work.

Now we have confirmed the following:

1] That the 65 buses carried APs from Embakasi
2] That some Govt security arms were not informed about their presence[Nyanza Police Boss was not briefed]
3] That they were sent as PNU agents[confirm from Suba OCPD].
4] That even in death they never identified themselves as Police Officers[they were mobbed in Mbita].

Conclution

Raila is right in hios claim that PNU is using APs to rig the elections.

Remedy
