RE: WHISTLE BLOWING IN UNFAIRNESS - ELECTION RIGGING EXPECTATIONS-2007
 
The Electorate believe and rely so much on your office for the remaining 3 days. What assurance have you put down to ensure that elections will be free and fair to all? From the media houses (standard edition) the lines drawn are indeed amazing. The other day you came openly on the press report that ODM has never written to your office neither have they approached the Police Commissioner to bring this speculation of register list which is to be dispatched to certain demarcated zones. What sort of evidence are you waiting for to take actions. I believe you have up to now obtained tangible evidence to address the nation. Raila on the other hand made it clear that he has done what the rule of law requires of him. Are you waiting for Githongo to blow another whistle or what would be your hidden agenda behind all these "claims"?. Why would you wait so long to act within your capacity as one entrusted with the outcome of this years General Election? Your office should be neutral to all and be able to listen to electorate should they sense an alarming call. We do not want to have chaos due to lack of seriousness and competency in your leadership. Mr Chairman Sir, your office is more powerful than even that composed of the International observers. Unless the Standard Editors are creating their own stories for poor readership to bring confusion which we believe is not the case here. As a concerned citizen, we urge you to act and use your powers equally on every situation the way it comes to avoid confrontation from the public.
 
 All eyes currently set on your diligent work without bias to any side. Please we anticipate that you will guide the elections in a fair mood and let the winner take the pride of being elected in a democratic manner than going to lead the nation with rigged votes. We expect allot from your judgment Mr. Chairman at this time for nobody will be waiting for Presidential Results to be taken to High Court for tallying weeks after elections, then that would bring a rude shock to the entire world.
 
It is Monday morning now we are en routing to Nyayo Stadium and Uhuru Park for the last calls from Hon. Kibaki and Hon. Raila.
 
Let the winner lead easily and genuinely without any stains of malpractices.
