These are documents filed by one party. They are not the court's holding or judgment. They could be thrown out by the court. The party filed them in a foreign court, not a Kenyan court, to extract maximum bias. These are the documents the Standard elected to believe without question.
 
Note also that the Standard did not provide Kimunya's timeline in contrast. It wants you to believe the Swiss documents without comparing them to Kimunya's version of the story.
 
The Standard is a disgrace. It is totally biased. I am surprised Kivuitu did not classify it alongside KBC in his column of the biased media. But then again, he is himself biased against PNU.

Facts will remain facts whichever the source. What we must ask ourselves here, did the Standard present facts, or are they lying?

That would be my concern.
