Subject: re: Raila’s economy doesn’t add up
I was watching the news with "keen interest" as one Raila Odinga
complained that the ninth parliament should not be blamed for the "lack
of development" based on a 2.5% budget
figure, what I expected to hear is "here is what I
did with my 2.5% XYZ" instead of whinning that they are being
unfairly targeted as having made zero development with the CDF, problem
is say in Dagoretti they got the same 2.5% and Beth Mugo's constituents
are content with the development she did with her funds, and the story is
replicated throughtout the country by those that chose to do the right thing
like in Peter Kenneth's constituency where he has performed wonders with
his CDF!
You can fool some people some time, but you can not fool ALL the
people all the time!
