All provincial commissioners were summoned to the big house this morning for
an intensive security meeting. They lanede there in police choppers at 07:00
am Kenya time and by 10:00 am they were instructed to call their respective
DCs in their provinces and tell them that Kenya was on high alert. They were
told to mobilise their DOs and OCPDs and tell them NOT to allow people
congragate anywhere until further notice. These provincial administrators have
been "Ordered" not to sleep until further notice.
