Finance Minister, Amos Kimunya says Raila will form the next govt

The Finance Minister and Kibaki's right handman Hon. Amos Kimunya in a press briefing on December 11th 2007, conceded that Raila Odinga will form the new government in 2008.  The Finance Minister's body language and tone was one of resignation and lack of confidence in PNU forming the next government. He literally begs Raila Odinga to give assurance to senior civil servants that they will not lose their jobs. He also asked Raila Odinga to honour agreements signed by the Kibaki government with foreign investors.
