If you thought the counterfeit ballot papers issue was just but a DOMO sample this. A Mr. Aggrey Muiruri was seen at Wetstraat near the Lex building in Brussels. He is booked in at the Parc d'Evere hotel opposite Brussels' main cemetery. Mr Muiruri is an employee of FastPrint which was at the center of the infamous Rift Valley leaflets.

It is now an open secret that hi-tech arrangements of rigging are underway within and outside the country. It has been alleged that Mr Kihara Mutu (ECK VC) visited a Nigerian forger who lives in Portmouth city in the UK and who hosted him recently when he was in the UK. The Nigerian is a well known fake Dollar and Euro printer.
 
It is also being alleged that a consignment of ink removal substance (a compound of methyl) has been procured by one Mr Lennie who happens to have been among the guests at the glutton club of 1 million per plate. The cargo is destined for Eldoret Internation Airport from Dubai aboard a DAS Cargo flight. It is suspected that the substance is part of the rigging material.
