THE 2007 ELECTIONS APPARENT STALEMATE

I have seen the latest flash of the party election standing of 2007 election countrywide. ODM has 95 seats, add 3 seats from NARC plus 5 possible parliamentary nominations, you will get 103 seats.

This is in the unlikely circumstance that ODM wins none of the yet to be declared 15 seats. ODM has a majority of votes and seats in all but two provinces.

Question is this if the PNU manages to manipulate their figures to victory, (this has now been officially confirmed by the ODM officials in Meru: even if they did not get the original figures exactly, they did raise an alarm to a responsible security official), will the party of minority be the ruling party? This happened in South Africa under the very difficult and infamous apartheid rule.

Is it a sin to lose, His Excellency (outgoing)? If you truly loved this country, you would listen to voice of the people and REDIRECT your party officials to stop ANY MORE meddling.

I cannot claim to be mad unreasonably mad about ODM. Although I come from Nyanza, in 1992, I voted Ken; in 1997, Charity; and 2002 it was an open secret. As I write, I stand for justice, majority of Kenyans DO and SO SHOULD YOU SIR.

The on-going unrest country wide is a security SCARE TO ALL KENYANS.
