RE: A HAPPY JAMHURI DAY?? ...And Women This is very health reflections. It should not be read again as pessimism or fear of the unknown as such, but lessons from the past. I saw it captured in Agwash's vision when he called himself the Bridge-Past, Present, and Future. There have been Accountability processes more this time around than in the past. MOPA by KNCHR and the Human Rights (including Social, Economic and Cultural) by KHRC. What about combining these two initiatives to one that will be presented by a delegation of selfeless people to the winner of these elections. This must be done before February and we use it as a score card thereafter, in addition to the pledges the winner has already made in his/her vision or party manifesto. Having read all the political revolutions and evolutions written from the past and recent ones from Russia and many European nations just before the First World War, China in the 50s, Cuba and the struggles of Latin America, India and other Asian countries, we have a long way to go to get there. I openly feel uncomfortable with the Pentagon apart from Agwambo and Nyaga. The Bridging will note be complete with turncoats who are our latter day saints like Ruto, Kosgey, Mudavadi, Zachayo Cheruyiot, Kones, Ntimama and a long list of other corrupt leaders who have refused to openly own up and return stolen land, money, buildings or who were involved in murders, massacres and genocides of the past. That leads as to the option of the Truth Commission, will it be another Goldenberg rediculous fashion show like the one Ngugi descirbes in the Deveil on the Cross?
