Huge Demonstartion on Jan. 11 2007 against Kibaki at the Hague - Netherlands

To all Kenyans in the Diaspora and at Homeland !
 
Here below you will find the invitation from Wanakenyaullanzi, the organizers of the Huge Demonstration on January 11 2007, against a civilian coup de-tat leader dictator Mwai Kibaki, following rigging of the election, the appointing of an illegal cabinet, the recent and brutal shootings of the innocent children, women and defenseless Kenyans by the security forces, under the order of shoot to kill by Kibaki.
 
In the past years Kenya Government has always been able to cover up the political assassinations, massacres and killings of the innocent Kenyans, but at this time in the generation of the high way technology of communication and information, it is impossible for them to cover up anymore, and therefore we urge all of you to come in big numbers at the
 International Criminal Court, HQ's the Hague-Netherlands and demand that, Mr Kibaki, Mr Muchiki, Mr Wako, Justice Gichuru, Mr Kivuitu and the Kenya Police Commissioner Mr. Ali all be charged immediately under the CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY.
 
There are overwhelming evidence to this effect in the major websites, you-tube and many pictures taken by  both local and international media houses, I would kindly ask you to send or forward email to: otc.informationdesk@icc-cpi-int or by mail: Maanweg 174, 2516 AB The  Hague, The Netherlands. Since we had already filled a case you can as well mention the: File Ref:OTP-CR-206/07, at The Office of the Prosecutor, dated July 11 2007 at the Head of Information of Evidence Unit. Tel: 31705158515, or just send the evidence at your reach.
 
This will speed up the process according to the International Criminal Court code as stated here below :
 
(Procedure
The Prosecutor may start an investigation upon referral of situations in which there is a reasonable basis to believe that crimes have been or are being committed.
 
Such referrals must be made by a State Party or the Security Council of the United Nations, acting to address a threat to international peace and security.
 
In accordance with the Statute and the Rules of Procedure and Evidence, the Prosecutor must evaluate the material submitted to him before making the decision on whether to proceed.
 
In addition to State Party and Security Council referrals, the Prosecutor may also receive information on crimes within the jurisdiction of the Court provided by other sources, such as individuals or non-governmental organisations.
 
The Prosecutor conducts a preliminary examination of this information in every case. If the Prosecutor then decides that there is a reasonable basis to proceed with an investigation, he will request the Pre-Trial Chamber to authorise an investigation.)

After tireless efforts , it is now definite and clear that we can go ahead with the demonstration in regard to the above subject on Friday,11-01-2008, in The Hague, "Het Plein " (At the Dutch Parliament building). The Minister for International Co-operation, Mr. Koenders, will be at hand to receive our "PEACE-MEMORANDUM". The starting time will be
