WHERE IS DANIEL ARAP MOI RIGHT NOW?

All Kenyans are talking and concerned about the present situation in Kenya.  As amatter of fact, Can anybody tell the whole world  the where abouts of the former dictator Daniel Torotich Arap Moi. Is he really in Kenya? If he is not then why did he leave the country after elections?Who else left the country with him? He is one the personalities who should be held or be accounted responsible for all this mess our beloved country Kenya is going through right now
