KIBAKI NAMES KALONZO MUSYOKA, 3RD PLACE FINISHER IN ELECTION, AS VICE PRESIDENT

Kibaki has appointed Kalonzo Musyoka the new Vice President.
 
Martha Karua, Amos Kimunya and Mwakwere have retained their former portfolios - constitutional affairs, finance and transport respectively.
 
Sam Onger is the new education minister, Uhuru - local government, Michuki - roads, Saitoti - OP, Wetangula - Foreign Affairs, etc.

Now kenyans are left wondering what kind of a leader the Mwingi North MP is.In fact he is politically irrelevant to the current kenyan situation and will continue to be so if he associates with a votes thief.
 
I believe Kalonzo has now fulfilled the theory that he was not competitively in the presidential race but was a Kibaki government project.
Shame on him!

Like i said this morning, Houdini will pull something rather unusual from under the table. You have seen it!!!! Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka, eh. Two things here:

1. If there was a presidential election re-run and Kalonzo was an aggrieved party, this is not going to happen now that he has joined Kibaki's thieving regime. In this appointment, Kibaki is boldly saying, no presidential elections re-run.

2. The second possibility is that if international pressure overtakes Kibaki's Houdini stunts, he will surely call a re-run. Now that scenario puts us all in another quagmire. Kalonzo will support Kibaki. The die-hard apolitical Kenyans including those sucked into the violence involuntarily will ditch the ODM leader. This is a serious scenario.

3. No interim government. In the most extreme situations like where we were last week, the Speaker of the National Assembly should have been legally responsible for such a short term authority as a prelude to a re-run. This will now never happen.

What options are left to remove Kibaki, tell me , any options left??
