Like i said this morning, Houdini will pull something rather unusual from under the table. You have seen it!!!! Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka, eh. Two things here:

1. If there was a presidential election re-run and Kalonzo was an aggrieved party, this is not going to happen now that he has joined Kibaki's thieving regime. In this appointment, Kibaki is boldly saying, no presidential elections re-run

2. The second possibility is that if international pressure overtakes Kibaki's Houdini stunts, he will surely call a re-run. Now that scenario puts us all in another quagmire. Kalonzo will support Kibaki. The die-hard apolitical Kenyans including those sucked into the violence involuntarily will ditch the ODM leader. This is a serious scenario.

3. No interim government. In the most extreme situations like where we were last week, the Speaker of the National Assembly should have been legally responsible for such a short term authority as a prelude to a re-run. This will now never happen.

What options are left to remove Kibaki, tell me , any options left??
