I have this funny feeling that the Kibaki regime having renditioned (Michuki/Renneberger joint operation) for the US realised it could rig blatantly and still rely on US backing nonetheless. In view of being privy to US rendition secrets, thay almost pulled off this 'blackmail' only to hit the EU observers road block and the US had to make a quick about turn before it became obvious why the Americans had supported this broad  daylight robbery culminating in a twilight inaugeration, in the first place.
 
I believe this information has to be made public so that the real reason for Jendayi Frazer's 'mission' is out in the open.
