Folks,

The best way to this approach is to charge Kibaki for genocide, the same way Mr. Charles Taylor of Sierra Leone since we have all facts. Wether Odinga and ODM will agree on a consesus or not. It does not matter, because Kibaki stole. People demonstrated their legal democratic rights peacefully and their votes were rigged by Kibaki, Kivuitu and Michuki after which they ordered shoot to kill (they must pay for it). These three sum people must explain to the Kenyan public and the world come rain come sunshine and pay for the killings of innocent poor Kenyans.There is no JUSTIFICATION for Kibaki or Kikuyus to rigg themselves back into leadership through perpetrating acts of thuggery, killings ets. It is a criminal offence against humanity, Electoral theft and genocide, name it. The same way Kikuyu women go for labour pain while delivering their babies the same way other women go through the same pain - so there is no life superior than others. We must not allow Politicians to play with innocent lives. The power is in peoples hands to choose who should rule them and they have democratic rights to defend what belongs to them. This is Human Rights Concern. They must pay for it in the International Courts if they are too powerful for the locals.

Questions of which party will be good for Kenyans is irrelevant with no substance. Game plan is the Respect for the Rule of Law through good democratic governance. This is the only sure way to govern Kenya irrespective wether you are from whichever tribe. One cannot question methodology cos it amounts to like asking how Kibaki became the President in his first face and was he accepted by Kenyans then, if so what went wrong? What went wrong is, he failed to deliver, so people kicked him out through the ballot, but he refused to bow down. Why cant he respect that. These people are TERRORISTS. He cannot be too big to play games with innocent voiceless lives. We women of the world will defend innocent blood and will get his USS. LIVES ARE TOO PRECIOUS. The same way he loves his kids and care for them, the same way a poor man/woman loves their kids. Their blood are crying because Kibaki stole their livelihood.

You folks are beginning to upset me. Please dont water this grave situation.
