Folks,
The Way Forward is to call or write to your Senator to Pressurize
Dr. Jendayi Frazer Foreign Office Kenya to act speedily and responsibly to
save Kenya from a DOWNHILL DESTRUCTION OF LIVES AND TRUST.
Design your own letters, emails or gather points as inclusive -
reasons why you are asking for INTERVENTION. Elections were RIGGED and
are FLAWED. Kibaki is holding office ILLEGALLY. There are also
no independent COURTS JUDGEMENT in Kenya.
Points are very clear that ODM won. However, since Kibaki
stole Kenyan Votes, acted irresponsibly by taking office of Presidency irregularly
and unconstitutionally, conducted the selection of his Cabinet members in
a questionably manner while mediators were still in the process of bringing
a lasting solution to the stalemate, ordering "Shoot To Kill" innocent and
peaceful demonstrators, allowing the presence of foreign neighbouring NRA
into the border to kill innocent Kenyans through non-diplomatic negotiation
between him and the Uganda leadership, disrespecting and disregarding peoples
wishes "people's legal rights" in bowing down to their demands
of "Good Democratic Governance" to the peoples choice, trying to impose
his own selfish wishes to the majority voters, denying popular referundum
demands "Voice of Reason" of the people - is unacceptable and something
must be done quickly to avoid further lose of lives.

Kenya was funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development
had their Poll Exit report that Opposition leader
Raila Odinga led Kibaki by roughly 8 percentage points in the
poll, which surveyed voters as they left polling places during the election
Dec. 27 this was according to one senior Western official who's
seen the data and requested anonymity because of the sensitivity of the
issue.

These are reasons why Kibaki's Office is not LEGITIMATE, more
or so why there are continual conflicts. Kenyan people, popular VOTES
have been irregularly manipulated and corrupted. Kenyan people are
clear about this. They are not MAD to LOOSE their own LIVES without
JUSTIFIED reasons to serve an individual interest.
If all MATTERS treated fairly, the winner should be given
a chance just like the way Kibaki was given a chance when he won in 2002.
There were not UNREST or CONFLICT, BECAUSE people SPOKE, and they got
what they ASKED for. Peoples Wishes Must be Respected. It was
clear that there were notable discrepancies at KICC Electoral Office Headquarter
in Nairobi reported by all returning officers, EU electoral obstervation
team, and Kivuitu also agreed that he was not sure Kibaki Won. Therefore,
a SANE thing to do is a repeat (Re-Run) of the Presidential Election be
convened IMMEDIATELY. This means a RE-RUN for the Two Presidential
Candidates will be a more FAIR judgement to calm the tension. Kibaki
is against this Option because he knows he STOLE votes. The whole world
must come in to save this STALEMATE. This is why SENATORIAL contributions
are needed here to help Dr. Jendayi Frazer to come to terms with her Decision
to solving this stalemate.
