This deserves responding to.

I come from an extended family that is totally multi-tribal and truly Kenyan - Luo, Luhya, Kikuyu, Kamba, American, British, Scandinavian, Mijikenda among others. But I have a particular message for them all. I will share that on this forum later. They are sending me lots of mail.

But above all we are saying:

Do not adrress this the way we always have in the past because it never tackles the real issues and it will recur if we do.

This time round - Keep it CANDID and HONEST.

Let the truth be told. It may bite for a while like applying methylated spirit to a cut, but it will help a lot later.

Like labour pain. Hurts real bad! But the baby is great!
