LA MWANANCHI INVITES YOU TO AGA KHAN WALK OPEN FORUM
Dear All, Bunge La Mwananchi continues with the public forum at the Aga Khan Walk Lane starting 11th Feb. to 20th Feb. The forum is bringing together ordinary Kenyans to articulate their thoughts under the theme "Post Poll Unrest: The Way forward" as part of the ongoing Let us Talk initiative. The forum begins at 12 noon to 4 p.m. outside Uchumi House on Aga Khan Walk, Nairobi. The forum has been organized by Bunge La Mwananchi against the back drop of the AU Panel of Eminent Africans mediation team having, by excluding them, disenfranchised ordinary Kenyans in the "wayforward talks" despite the fact it is ordinary Kenyans who are bearing the big brunt of the post-election crisis. The Let Us Talk initiative is a platform where ordinary Kenyans are coming together to articulate and amplify their cry on issues affecting them and thereby making their pleas known to the world. The views collected from the forums that will be conducted across the post poll violence "hotspots" in Nairobi, Rift Valley, Nyanza and Western region, will be compiled into a memorandum to be presented to AU Panel of Eminent African chaired by Kofi Annan. On behalf of Bunge La Mwananchi, I would like to invite you to participate and make your contributions.
