Much Proclaimed Legal Option for ODM
I am relieved that Hon Imanyara has offered to make public his ordeal at Statehouse Nairobi early last month. To say the least, we had overheard quite a mention of it through other quarters. This case appears to have a sea of important witnesses at proposal and if the MP may not need to sue or to be sued, even though it involves a first lady. I am not a lawyer, but are the first ladies also above the law? I hope you have a hard copy or even a recorded copy of the apology from His Excellency which can go a long way in providing additional evidence. Now fellow Kenyans, malice aside, Hon Imanyara with all these worthy witnesses, still appears headed for the rocks in establishing a prima facie if he goes ahead to sue. Compare it with those advocating for ODM presenting their case of flawed election in Kenyan Courts of Law. For Statehouse to issue a statement to deny that Hon Imanyara's experience was nothing but a bad dream of an event that never took place, it follows that all the sea of humanity that witnessed this event have unanimously resolved to deny witnessing it, of course, including brother Steve and the Reverend. Even with all their original copies of Form 16A, ODM can be rest assured that the legal avenue which is the preferred option by PNU, would see even "better original copies of Form 16A." If a multitude of men, SOME OF HIGH MORAL STAND, can deny witnessing what Imanyara witnessed, mere papers which have no conscience will deny the ODM allegation of fraud. - Georgie Joluo.com Akelo nyar Kager, jaluo@jaluo.com |
